• Where is the store based?

  Macomb, MI

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  Orders typically ship out the following Monday from when the item was ordered

• Do you have tracking numbers?

  Sometimes the post office gives them to me automatically, other times they do not. It's been a toss-up but when a tracking number is issued I will automatically include it in the shipping info.

  If you don't receive a tracking number, it's because I wasn't given one

• My package hasn't arrived yet! What do I do?

  Hang in there and give it some time. If your package hasn't arrived after 30 days since it was dispatched, it may have gotten lost in the mail.

  A couple of my orders have gotten lost whether it was due to back-up at the post office, holiday rush, or bad weather conditions.

  Other times, international orders may be withheld by customs which can delay it's delivery by a couple weeks, and I have no control over this.

  If by 30 days your order still hasn't arrived, contact me and I will replace your order at no charge and ship it out the following Monday with the rest of my orders.

• I received a replacement order and my original order finally arrived. Now I have two orders, what do I do?

  For inventory's sake it would be ideal to send one of the orders back to the return address, however if you think the extra products it'll make a nice gift for someone you know, feel free to keep them.

• Do you have [insert design]?

  If it's not displayed in the preview images, then it hasn't been designed and made yet! In the case of the dog and cat charms or maybe some Pokemon inspired charms, I just haven't gotten that far to design and have other breeds and species made yet!

  If a charm is sold out, I'll do my best to restock as soon as I'm able!

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
